Forms for Tutors

Tutors are expected to sign a contract agreeing to commit to working with an adult learner for one year.  In addition, at the end of each month, they are expected to turn in a form with the number of hours they spent volunteering with the client, and to give this information to the Executive Director in a timely manner.
